A. We are using the latest industry standard of Internet security, SSL. We regard both the security and privacy of our customers with highest regard and will continuously update our security measures accordingly to ensure that our customers are protected.

Q. From where & how are your Shofars shipped?
A. All Shofras will be shipped from our factory in Israel. We offer FREE shipping Registered Air Mail and this method takes approximately 10- 14 business days. We also offer EMS Express shipping, this costs $19.95 and this method takes approximately 4-8 business days.

Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. We accept all of the major credit cards &PayPal
 
Q. When is my order charged?
A. As soon as we receive your order, we charge your credit card to receive the authorization from your credit card company.

Q. How soon from the time that I place my order is my order shipped?
A. We stock a large of quantities of Shofars and the orders are usually shipped on the same day or within 24hours.

A. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

Q. Will I receive a tracking number?
A. With your e-mail confirmation, you will receive a tracking number. FREE shipping Registered Air Mail can only be tracked at the beginning and at the end of transit. EMS Express shipping could be tracked all through transit.
